Door-through-door wheelchair, stretcher (gurney), and ambulatory transportation for medical appointments, therapy sessions, dialysis, hospital discharges, and other healthcare trips.
How much does a ride cost?
Every ride gets one flat quote before you book. Your price depends on:
- The type of ride (ambulatory, wheelchair, or stretcher)
- Distance from pickup to destination
- One-way or round trip

How do I pay?
Families pay privately by debit or credit card. Facilities can be set up for invoiced billing — see For Facilities.
Can a caregiver or family member ride along?
Yes. Additional seats are available for caregivers and family members, depending on the vehicle.
Is this an ambulance service?
No. Bayline provides non-emergency medical transportation. In an emergency, call 911.
