Privacy Policy
How Bayline Medical Transport collects, uses, and protects your information.
Last updated September 16, 2026
Bayline Medical Transport (“Bayline,” “we,” “us”), a service of Coastal Healthcare Group, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through ridebayline.com and when you contact us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — such as your name, phone number, email address, the rider’s pickup and destination, ride date and time, mobility needs, and anything you include in a message, call, or text.
- Facility information — such as facility name, contact name, role, work email, and expected ride volume.
- Website information — our website host (Squarespace) automatically collects basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location, and may use cookies to operate the site.
Please don’t send detailed medical information online
Our website forms are for scheduling and quotes. Please share only what we need to arrange a ride (for example, “uses a wheelchair” or “needs a stretcher”). Do not include diagnoses or other detailed medical information in a form, email, or text.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, provide a quote, and schedule and complete rides
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your request or ride
- To bill for services and maintain business records
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services
- To comply with legal obligations
Calls and text messages
When you submit a form or contact us, you agree that Bayline may call or text you about your request and ride. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. We do not send marketing texts without your permission.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide our services, including with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, scheduling, communication, and billing tools
- Facilities, care teams, or payers when you or your facility ask us to coordinate a ride with them
- Authorities when required by law or to protect the safety of riders, staff, or the public
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for making a request. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. Parents or guardians may contact us to arrange a ride for a minor.
