Last updated September 16, 2026
These terms apply to your use of ridebayline.com and to rides booked with Bayline Medical Transport (“Bayline”), a service of Coastal Healthcare Group. By using the website or booking a ride, you agree to these terms.
Non-emergency service only
Bayline provides non-emergency medical transportation. We are not an ambulance service and do not provide medical care during transport. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Quotes and booking
- Quotes are based on the information you provide, including ride type, pickup, destination, and one-way or round trip. If the details change, the price may change.
- A ride is booked only after a Bayline scheduler confirms it with you.
- Please tell us about the rider’s mobility needs, equipment, and any assistance required so we can send the right vehicle and staff.
Riders and pickups
- Please have the rider ready at the confirmed pickup time and location.
- Our drivers may decline or stop a trip if they believe it cannot be completed safely.
- Cancellation, wait-time, and no-show terms are explained when you book. Fees may apply to late cancellations and no-shows.
Payment
Individuals and families pay privately by debit or credit card. Facilities with an approved account are invoiced for completed trips according to their account terms.
